Workshop aims :​

• Deliver both theoretical and practical training in protein structure prediction using AlphaFold.

• Conduct practical training in protein structure visualization, analysis, and interpretation using tools such as PyMol, ChimeraX, Coot, and Phenix.

• Use protein structures (from AlphaFold2 and experimental data) to screen small molecule compound libraries with tools like PyRx and Schrödinger.
